Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made up to 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded at 75%. Anything after that, renter will not be refunded, but the property manager will let you reschedule for another time, up to 12 months from the original booking date. However, you will not be allowed to book during peak season, unless you are willing to pay the difference in rate.
